If you are still having an issue, please fill out the support form below.
We may ask you to send us a swim Log. You can do this by either selecting a swim and clicking "Log" at the bottom, and then clicking the share button near the top of the log. You may also retrieve logs from the "Settings" page, under "Logs." These are listed by time and date.
